The internal surface of the flow passage is smooth and abrasion resistant with low flow resistance, and no dead angle after abrasion blasting treatment. The soft sealing ensures zero leakage, and the build-up welding stellate alloy of the metal sealing can be applied for the high temperature and hard conditions. There are two types of upper-extensive and lower-extensive structures for this series valve. For lower-extensive tank bottom valve, when it's opening, the valve plug move to the interior of the valve body until the reactor tank fully stirring, or the tank bottom reaches negative pressure condition (vacuum), which will close the valve easily. When tank is vacuum, it also can play the role of checking. Regarding to Upper-extensive tank bottom valve, when valve is opening, the valve plug move into the reaction kettle internal. When there are sediment accumulated at the the bottom of reactor tank, the valve can be easily discharged sediment by opening movement; And it can also play the role of checking when the fluid acts on the valve plug.
