Instructions for Installation:

1. Must wait after the fluid gauge cooling. Assemble them as picture showing.
2. Tight 6 nuts on cover by pressure 40, 60, 80,120, 145~150 (or on a certain MW power unit standard pressure). Tight nut in sequence of 4-5-3-6-1-8-2-7
3. When open the valve, follow the steps as item 1.
4. These components adds one alloy gasket, mainly is avoid leakage when cover has little deformation. It plays a key role on keeping good sealing, protecting mica sheet and lengthening the usage life.
5. Choose the thickest piece of mica sheet to contact the medium.
6. Open drain valve 1/4 circle, vent valve 1/5 circle, preheat 40 minutes. If it is no leakage, then can fully open drain valve and vent valve only.
