1.OGM flow meter

The product control panel adopts modular design, with complete functions, simple structure, easy operation, etc. it can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, transportation, food industry and commercial. The screen is a digital LCD, the screen is divided into three rows.

2.Key operation instructions
1. Start: press START button to start and the sensor has a measurement pulse signal. the flow meter will shut down automatically in 1 minutes if without any operation. price set, flow velocity and data set.
2. TOTAL: View total cumulative flow, clear total flow and single time accumulative amount.
3. CLEAR: Single cumulative reset to zero
3. Operational principle
The measuring of the Oval gear flowmeter is mainly composed of two meshing gears, the shell and the electronic part.
1) Flow meter should be installed in the oil pump outlet, if installed in the inlet, the filter pressure is damaged, so that the negative pressure of the pump increases, so that the measurement is not accurate.
2) Shift display of Flow rate and unit price: short pressure START button to shift display flow or unit price.
3)CLEAR the current calculated value: when there is no pulse input, short pressure TOTAL key 2 times, now the bottom line display the current total value, short pressure CLEAR key to clear the current value and back to measuring menu or back automatically after 20 seconds.
4) FACTOR setting: on the measuring menu and when no pulse input, long pressure START key 8 seconds to enter coefficient set menu. Now the top line display 01450 and flashing on the unit position; short pressure CLEAR and TOTAL KEY to change the flashing digit. Short pressure CLEAR key , the flashing position left moving, it save the setting digit and back to measuring menu automatically when 5 seconds no key operation. the relationship of the outlet oil amount and the coefficient value see to table bellow:
5) FLOW Unit setting: on the parameter setting menu, short pressure CLEAR key 5times to enter the unit setting to select /KG, /M3, TOTAL, CLEAR, /L, /GA, START. Now on the screen top line have"UNIT" display. Short pressure CLEAR and TOTAL to change the value. Short press CLEAR move left, and when 5minutes no operation, it save setting automatically.
6) CLEAR TOTAL AMOUNT: on the measuring menu and when no pulse input, long press TOTAL key 8 seconds, the total value clear.
7) In order to prevent the flow of the flow meter is stuck in the face of the particle surface. In the front of the flow meter should install a filter, make sure not more than 0.2MM of the particles passed.
8) Flowmeter should be equipped with one-way valve and the pipeline liquid flows in only one direction, to prevent reverse gear meter, or idling inaccurate measurement of flowmeter.
9) Flow meter should be installed correctly, the meter display screen should be 90 degrees upward, Inclined mounting is not installed.
10) Flow meter installation direction should be the same as the direction of the arrow on the housing of the liquid direction and the direction of the liquid.
11) The pressure loss of flow meter is proportional to liquid flow rate, the pressure loss will increase when the liquid viscosity increases.
