FLOAT OPERATED LEVEL TRANSMITTERS/SWITCH(CUSTOMIZABLE)

Float level sensors are continuous level sensors featuring a magnetic float that rises and falls as liquid levels change. The movement of the float creates a magnetic field that actuates a hermetically sealed reed switch located in the stem of the level sensor, triggering the switch to open or close.

 

A simple and reliable sensor for continuous level indication and control of any liquid, chemically compatible with the (sensor) material, unaffected by electrical conductivity, temperature, pressure or viscosity. The float is designed for variety of liquids and its unique self cleaning construction is well suited for even sticky or dirty environments with no float hang-ups.

 

Applications: Water, milk, fruit juice, effluents, caustic, phosphate, sludge, coolant, sulphuric acid sump, reservoir control, cooling towers, waste water & sewage treatment plants.
