Compressed air filter working principle
    When compressed air containing dust, oil, rust and water and other harmful substances flow into the first phrase of filtertubular mesh,
coalescence effect makes  larger particles being absorbed on the filter material, and the moisture condenses into larger droplets. When
compressed air flow into the separation chamber, compressed air speed slow down, make particles gathered again, water mist
condenses again on a cellular water trap. Water with impurity particles flows along the bottom to the drainage device, and discharged by
automatic valve or electrically operated valve.More than 95% of the water droplets in the compressed air, oil, and larger particles have
been filtered out through the first phrase.The filtered compressed air flow into the second phrase. Compressed air flow into the second
level made by special cotton fiber filter, will produce tens of thousands of small vortex. At the same time, compressed air will be speed
up several times , the center like a tornado, forming a vacuum. Water droplets not filtered out in the first phase, will be gasified, spin,
filtered out. In this process, the even  5 micron meter Particles can be filtered out.
     After twostages filter to clean, no rust, oil, water clean, dry compressed air, guarantee the normal operation of the pneumatic
