1. Theory
The buoyancy effect: The magnetic float inside the liquid level gauge is designed according to the specific gravity of the medium and moves up and down with the liquid level. The float contains a permanent magnet, and its position is always at the same height as the liquid surface. The magnitude of the buoyancy is determined jointly by the density of the liquid and the volume of the float.

2.Magnetic coupling transfer
As the sensor tube is made of non-magnetic material, the magnetic field of the magnet inside the float can penetrate the tube wall and trigger the magnetic sensing component in the external display box. This magnetic coupling effect converts the liquid level change into an electronic signal, driving the LED dual-color light-emitting tube to display the red-green interface liquid level.

The dual-color magnetic sensitive liquid level gauge, with its high precision, corrosion resistance and intuitive display features, is widely used in the following industrial scenarios:

 Applicable scenarios in the chemical industry: Monitoring corrosive liquids (such as strong acids and strong bases), toxic or flammable media in storage tanks and reactors to ensure the stability of the reaction process.
