ZMQS Y Type Pneumatic Steam Trap is constructed with a new series Pneumatic Diaphgram Type Actuator and a Y Type Steam Trap. Y Type Steam Trap worked as a control valve with a special structure. Both ends of this Pneumatic Steam Trap are Welded Type, which is suitable for specific pipe matching.
This Pneumatic Actuator has Positive and negative functional styles. When the signal pressure increased, the push bar extruding the diaphragm chamber, this is called positive action, which combined with the steam trap to constitute Air Closing Style. When signal pressure increased, push rod returning back to the Diaphragm Chamber, this is called negative action, which combined with valve to constitute air opening style.
ZMQS Y Type Pneumatic Steam Trap working principle:
The signal pressure which was input into the diaphragm chamber can push the diaphragm to compressed the spring in the diaphragm actuator, then the valve stem will move accordingly to change the circulating area between the valve disc and valve seat until the counter force of spring is equal to signal pressure action, so as to realize the target of automatically adjusting technical parameter.
