1.Overview
XK-YWG600 steel ruler water level gauge provides the most accurateway to measure water levels, used to measurc the water leyel in wcllsborcholcs and water pipcs, particularly suitable for the obscrvation ofgroundwater level in hydropower projects and artificial inspection ofdam body infiltration line. 3. Principle structure
There are two major components about (he measuremenlof water level variation.
l. Buried underground material is composed of waterpipe and the bottom cover (additional purchase)
2.Ground recciving equipient-steel ruler water levelgauge, including the probe, steel ruler cable, receivingsystem and winding plate and other components.
Probe part: Made of stainless steel. Install the waterresistance contact point in the internal, when the contactpoint comes into the water. it will turn on the receivingsystem. once left the water and it will stop.
Steel ruler part of the cable: Made of steel ruler and wireby plastic technology. which prevents the steel rulercorrosion, but also simplifies the operation process. to make reading more convenient and accurate.
Receiving system part: Consist of the sounder, indicator and peak indicator. The sounder gives acontinuous becp, then the indicator light is on, and the peak indicates the voltmeter.
4. Usage method
When the reel is freely rotating, press the power button, then put the probe into the water pipe, atthe same time hold the ruler cable, so that the probe slowly move down, When the contact pointcomes into contraction with the water, the sound device will be issued a continuous beep. At thispoint read out the depth of the steel ruler at the nozzle, that is the distance from the water table tothe pipe mouth. (lf the noise is measured in a relatively large environment, the buzzer cannot hear.then observe indicator and the voltmeter.)
Users must pay aftention to two points.
A) When the probe contacts come into contact with the water, the sounder will sound, the indicatorand the voltmeter pointer start to working. At this point should be slowly put steel ruler cable, inorder to carcfully find the pronunciation or indicate the cxact location of the momcnt.
B) The accuracy ofthe reading depends on the timely determinalion of the buzzer and indicaling thestarting position. The accuracy of the mcasurcment and the operator's proficiency should bcrepcated practice and operation.
5.Maintenance
Due to the limited of battery capacity, do not forgct immediately turning off the power switchwhenever the measurement is completed! Remove the battery cover and replace the battcry (9Vballery, mustimeler battery).
Keep the probe and steel ruler cable wipe clean after the measurement, and the steel ruler cableneatly around the reel, and then placed in the cabinet.Measure the cable should not bend, especially when close to the side of the head, so as not todamage.
The probe should be gently, avoid severe vibration. If the probe is faulty, please send our factory.
6.Receipt and storage
(sers check whether the number of instruments and packing list is consistent, if not, please contactwith our factory.
The instrument should be stored in a room temperature of -10 ~ +40 C. The room's temperature isnot greater than 80% with non-corrosive gas, keep the room dry and ventilated.
The equipment is subject to the rules of transportation, storage and use within one year from thedate of shipment, if the product quality is lower than the technical conditions, we are responsible forrepair and replacement. but unauthorized demolition, our factory will be not guaranteed.
