Side float level switch

       The side-mounted float level switch works by means of the float being lifted by the liquid buoyancy and swinging up or down to approximately 20 degrees from the horizontal plane. Under the lever action, the arm end swings accordingly, thereby driving the micro-switch inside the junction box to close or open. Its features include convenient usage, simple structure, safety and reliability, long working life, small size, high speed, durability, and the contact action life can reach 1 million times

1. The installation should be kept away from the inlet (outlet) of the water supply to avoid false operation caused by water luctuations.

2. If installed in an area with stirring, a wave-proof tube or a baffle plate can be installed.

3. The load of the control circuit should not exceed the rated capacity (for contact capacity usage).

4. The angle of the float and its connecting rod part moving up and down (relative to the horizontal line) is ±14 degrees. The switch operates when the float is in the horizontal position.

5. When installing, pay attention to the length and diameter size of the connecting pipe that matches it to ensure the floating range of the float.
Note: There is an allowable error in the total length of the float and its connecting rod part.
