Working principle:
Quartz tube two-color water level gauge is an optical principle that natural light is refracted in the liquid.With the help of the red and green glass under the quartz glass tube, during the measurement, the gas and liquid can be divided into significant red and green, and the interface between the two colors is the position of the liquid level.The level gauge is connected to the container being measured by the upper and lower cock flanges at both ends,because the color of gas and liquid is different, the position of liquid level can be observed directly.
Dual-color liquid level gauge with lamp quartz tube adopts special 99.99%SiO2 transparent quartz tube.The deformation point is 1077ºC, the softening point is 1730ºC, the compressive strength is 1170Kgt/cm2, and the expansion coefficient is 5.5×102. After special processing, it has high temperature, high pressure and excellent mechanical characteristics.There are 20# carbon steel, SS304 and SS316 to choose from. The combination of different materials can adapt to different working conditions.This level gauge has the function of self-sealing. When the quartz glass tube of the level gauge is damaged due to accident, the stainless steel ball in the upper and lower connection valve will block the water inlet to avoid accidental injury and economic loss.
