A ball valve is a flow valve with a round closure element and round seat that permits a tight shut off because of the uniform seal between the element and the seat. In compressed air applications, a ball valve is a valve controlled by a free floating ball manipulated by mechanical or fluid pressure.
HS4810 Electric eccentric plug rotary ball control (shut-off) valve is independently developed by our company for practical working conditions in the industry. It is designed with 3-dimension software UG, simulated and analyzed with NASTRAN, and processed with advanced high precision digital control machine. The product has good quality and is widely applied to the automatic control of petroleum, chemical, paper making, metallurgy, coal mining and water treatment industries.
Micro Processor Control, mechanics and electrical integration, non-additional servo amplifier are applied to the electric actuator.
The travel of valve can be setup freely, after which the zero point and measure range can be self-adjusted by the MCU of actuator.
The sensibility of actuator can be self-adaptive to the actual working conditions and effectively avoid the vibration of valve.
Multiple limit of actuator (mechanical, electro-pneumatic and over-torque) restricts the position of valve and protects the actuator.
Electro-open or electro-close can be freely setup, with site manual operation keys to carry out electric operation for valve at site.
Self-diagnostic function,when the input signal is cut off or the valve is blocked completely,,the actuator will alarm automatically and according to stated safe position, i.e., stay in same place or revert automatically.
Options item:local LCD, flow characteristics curve transferring, Field Bus,water/explosion- proof design.
Eccentric structure can reduce the wear of seat and expand the lifespan.
Guide vane in the end of core makes for the stable flow of fluids.
Soft sealing type can reach zero leakage, hard sealing type plug and seat can be coated with high rigidity alloy to improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
Applicable to the control of media with high viscosity, fibre and granule.
