1. Working principle and structure
ZJHP type pneumatic single-seat control valve is consist of ZHA (B) pneumatic Multiple-springs diaphragm mechanism actuator and low flow resistance Straight-through single-seat valve. As shown in picture 1.
ZJHM type pneumatic sleeve control valve is consist of ZHA (B) pneumatic Multiple-springs diaphragm mechanism actuator and low flow resistance Straight-through sleeve valve. As shown in picture 2.
The outer pneumatic pressure signal transmit into membrane chamber, the pressure acts on the diaphragm and produce thrust, this force compress onto springs and makes a putter move and drive the valve stem which lead valve core ON or OFF, until the thrust and spring set force get balance and stable on a position. Above all, the valve core displacement is in proportion to the input pressure signal, so also called as pressure control valves.
Classify Pneumatic spring diaphragm actuator according to action mode, can be divided into positive action and reaction action two kinds. When the signal pressure increase, the push rod move out the membrane chamber, is positive action model ZHA; when signal pressure increase, the push rod back into the membrane chamber, is reaction type, model is ZHB. Classify the pneumatic control valve with switch mode, have air-to-close type and air-to-open two types. Air-to-close type is made of positive action actuator and valve. When the input signal pressure change from low limit to high limit, valve move from full open to full closed. Air-to-open valve is made of reverse action actuator and valve. When the input signal pressure change from low limit to high limit, valve move from full closed to full open. Details see to picture 1(a) and picture1 (b).
