YG13H Internal thread high sensitivity steam pressure reducing valve (pressure adjustable control valve) is a kind of piloted piston valve. Consists of main valve and pilot valve two parts. The main valve is mainly composed of valve seat, the main valve plate, piston and spring. Pilot valve is mainly composed of the seat, disc, diaphragm, spring and adjusting spring.
Set spring outlet pressure By adjusting the spring, diaphragm transmit the sensing outlet pressure changes, the pilot valve opening and closing which drive piston to adjust the throttling flow area, realize the control function of pressure controller. The pressure reducing valve is a pressure control valve which with throttle method make the outlet (downstream) pressure lower than the inlet (upstream) pressure, and keep the downstream pressure constant by reducing it to desired pressure, the desired pressure can be set according to the needs. The downstream pressure keeps constant and won't change by the upstream pressure changing or upstream flow rate changing.
