NBR float for car oil level sensor
Introduction

Products' main raw material is nitrile-butadiene rubber, elastic material was transformed into hard
material through extrusion and molding pressing craft. Inside is the microporous structure. The outer layer surface of the products is smooth. And this kind of unusual smooth shell or "skin" can protect the microporous structure and can improve the mechanical strength of the product.
Application:   oil level sensor (fuel holder assembly), when the car overturned containment valve
Main features:
Density:    less than 0.25 g/cm3
The design of the shape and size: depends on the fuel tank and location

1. Features:
a.  the product structure is uniform sealed microporous . On the one hand it is better than the hollow materials structure, because it can not be influenced by environmental and failed to work suddenly. On the other hand, it has excellent oil resistance and pressure resistant properties.
b. It can be used in the medium of most of the fuel, oil and aqueous , organic solvents and chemicals, etc. Especially in methanol, such as mixed fuel.
c. The float was formed by  fixed hole foaming molding, which avoids adverse impact on performance of drilling on float.
d. Complex shapes float can be customized according to customer requirements.
e.  Different density float can be customized according to customer requirements
f. cyclic annular magneton, and metal plastic component can be insert in the process of manufacturing   to meet the requirements of precise level control.
g. Sulphur content is extremely low (< 5 PPM), so that it can't be corrosion resistance coating.

2. product density:
Low product mainly has two density range:
160 ~ 190 kg/m3 (10-12 LBS/ft3) 285 ~ 320 kg/m3 (18-20 LBS/ft3)
Special density float can be customized.

3.Working  temperature:
Normal float Temperature range is - 50 ° C to + 120 ° C. in order to obtain the stable performance.
Float also can be used under the environment of 150 ° C through the special process.

4.Working pressure:
Float can withstand the pressure of 2000 kpa, or higher than 2000 Kpa. The bearable pressure is depended on the float shape, size and density, temperature, and medium.
(If the float is used in high pressure environment, we recommend high density material: 280-320 Kg/m3 which is used in high pressure environment.)
