The corrosion resistance of the diaphragm pressure gauge

Diaphragm gauge corrosion resistance performance can be assured by the appropriate choice of the wet part diaphragm, flange and sealing gasket materials.
Diaphragm material: OCr 17N i 12Mo2 (316L); Monel alloy (Cu30N i 70); HC(H276C);
Tantalum (Ta) and fluorine plastic (F4).
Flange material: SS316; SS316+F4
Sealing gasket material: Nitrile rubber, fluorine rubber, silicone rubber, fluorine plastics.

Working principle
The measured medium pressure P produced to diaphragm, and diaphragm appear deformation, compress pressure gauge sealing liquid, and generate P-DP pressure. If the rigid good enough, then DP is small. Then the measure pressure is similar to the measure medium pressure.
